Wine region: Somló and Badacsony Grape varieties: Pinot Noir – Red Traminer – Pinot Gris (70%, 15%, 15%) The wine is composed of 70 per cent Pinot Noir from the Badacsony area, which was macerated on the skins for 3 days, 15 per cent Pinot Gris from Szent-György Hill, fermented as whole bunches for 2 weeks, and Somló Red Tramini. Its ruby-red colour alone suggests that this is a light-bodied red. On the nose, however, it bursts with notes of crisp cherry, rosehip, strawberry and pink pepper. On the palate, delicate, refreshing acids carry the fruits and spices detected on the nose, rounded off by fine tannins.

Haggenmacher Helles from the historic Budafok brewery. A classic Bavarian pale lager with a clear golden-yellow colour, a harmonious, malty and slightly sweet flavour profile, and the gentle bitterness of hops.

Rock Rose Original - Premium Scottish Gin with sparkling water on ice

Alcohol: 12 % Vol. A refreshingly fruity red wine made from grapes grown in Badacsony and aged in a cellar in the Mátra Mountains. The aroma is dominated by fresh raspberries, tart sour cherries, and autumn roses; in the background, a subtle hint of flint preserves the characteristics of the volcanic terroir.

Mátra, Gyöngyöspata, Gereg vineyard The grapes come from the Gereg vineyard. Two clones are grown here: an Austrian one (A4) and a Hungarian one (K1). The grapes fermented in open vats for three weeks, before being transferred to 500-litre, second-fill oak barrels for 10 months. It was bottled unfiltered, unclarified and with a total sulphur content of less than 30 milligrams per litre. Blue and red berries dominate its extremely intense aroma. On the palate, earthy, beetroot-like and peppery notes also emerge. The notes derived from barrel ageing complement the overall profile beautifully. It is characterised by a high extract content and intense acidity.

Spektrum Coffee: domestic roaster, produces memorable, clean, strong character coffees with high consistency, under strict quality control. Espresso and filter roast, from different terroirs.
