Pivo pro každého, kdo si chce odpočinout od hořkosti života. V chuti našeho polotmavého ležáku objevíte mírně nasládlé karamelové tóny, které vznikly spojením čtyř druhů českých sladů: českého, bavorského, karamelového a barevného. Zároveň jejich kombinací získává toto pivo krásnou jantarovou barvu. Díky své stupňovitosti a obsahu alkoholu leží na pomezí dvanáctky a třináctky. Polotmavého Klostermanna jsme poprvé uvařili v roce 2008 při příležitosti 160 let od narození známého šumavského spisovatele Karla Klostermanna. Pivo je ošetřené dvojitou mikrobiologickou filtrací bez pasterace.

Hořký ležák pojmenovaný po zlatonosné řece Otava, která protéká západními a jižními Čechami. V jeho vůni a chuti dominuje proslulý český chmel Žatecký poloraný červeňák, kterým jsme v receptuře tohoto piva rozhodně nešetřili. Pivo má výrazný říz, hutnou bílou pěnu a vybízí k napití dalšího doušku. Pivo bylo poprvé uvařeno v roce 2010 a od té doby se jeho receptura stále vylepšuje tak, aby přinášelo všem dokonalý chuťový zážitek. Finální úpravou je pouze šetrná mikrobiologická filtrace bez pasteračních zásahů.
