Pivo pro každého, kdo si chce odpočinout od hořkosti života. V chuti našeho polotmavého ležáku objevíte mírně nasládlé karamelové tóny, které vznikly spojením čtyř druhů českých sladů: českého, bavorského, karamelového a barevného. Zároveň jejich kombinací získává toto pivo krásnou jantarovou barvu. Díky své stupňovitosti a obsahu alkoholu leží na pomezí dvanáctky a třináctky. Polotmavého Klostermanna jsme poprvé uvařili v roce 2008 při příležitosti 160 let od narození známého šumavského spisovatele Karla Klostermanna. Pivo je ošetřené dvojitou mikrobiologickou filtrací bez pasterace.
