Overall the environment and the food was very good- the only concern is that we were charged 25% of service in our bill, which was not specified in any place. We have been going to this restaurant for the last 2 years, and normally the service would be around 15%. It would be great the services fees be specified in the Menu or upfront to avoid surprise. Thank you.

Dear Flavia, First of all, we would like to thank you for your positive review of our restaurant and food, and for being a returning guest. We looked into your question, and our restaurant's system (and menu) has a fixed 15% service charge, which we cannot change. The misunderstanding may have arisen because when paying by credit card, it is possible to add a tip on the terminal. The terminal offers a tip of 15%, 10%, 5%, or 0%. You probably pressed 10%, so a 10% tip was added to the total amount in addition to the 15% service charge. The tip is not mandatory, of course, it is only an option. We hope we have been able to dispel your doubts and that you will return to us. We look forward to seeing you again!
